Valve Manifold

There are three types of manifold valves; 2-way manifold valve, 3-way manifold valve, and 5-way manifold valves.

2 way manifold valve

2 Valve Manifold

2 Valve Manifolds are designed for connecting systems and transmitters. These manifolds are made up of two valve configurations that make it simple to isolate, calibrate, block, and bleed gauges, pressure switches, and static pressure transmitting devices. The tough structure of these manifolds allows them to tolerate severe pressures and temperatures. With PTFE packing, the manifolds can withstand pressures of up to 6000 PSI at 200°F or 4000 PSI at 500°F. Grafoil Packing is utilised at higher temperatures. These valve manifolds integrate the functions of a tee, calibration valve, isolation valve, as well as all tubing and fittings, into a single compact device, minimising the number of fittings and installation area required.

3 wqay manifold valve

3 Valve Manifold

3 valve manifolds pipe to pipe (R), pipe to flange (T) and flange to flange (H) designed for connecting system impulse lines & transmitters. On 54mm (2 1/8″) centres, these manifolds provide 1/2″ NPT(F) pipe to flange or flange to flange connections, as well as one equalisation valve, two block valves, and two 1/4″ NPT(F) purge (VENT) connections. The tough structure of these manifolds allows them to tolerate severe pressures and temperatures. With PTFE packing, the manifolds can withstand pressures of up to 6000 PSI at 200°F or 4000 PSI at 500°F. Grafoil Packing is utilised at higher temperatures.

5 way manifold valve

5 Valve Manifold

5 Valve Manifolds pipe to pipe (R), pipe to flange (T) and flange to flange (H) designed for connecting system impulse lines & transmitters. On 54mm (2 1/8″) centres, these manifolds provide 1/2″ NPT(F) pipe to flange or flange to flange connections, as well as one equaliser valve, two block valves, one Bleed Valve, and two 1/4″ NPT(F) purge (VENT) connections.
