5/2 Way Single Solenoid Valves

A 5/2 way single solenoid valves has one input, two output, and two exhaust ports, also known as a 5-port, 2-position single solenoid directional control valve. The single-coil type of 5/2 pneumatic valves usually has a spring or pilot air return so that when de-energized, the valve returns to its starting function.

The non-actuated valve is held in one place by the spring until an actuating force large enough to compress the spring moves the valve. The spring restores the valve to its original position when the actuating force is released. As a result, these solenoid valves are also known as 5/2 way solenoid valves with spring return.

These are generally used to control double-acting pneumatic cylinders.

It comes in various port sizes from 1/8″ to 1/2″. And various voltages available are 230V AC, 24V DC, 110V AC, 24VDC, 12V DC.
