Vacuum Equipment

Vacuum equipment is of various types like air suction filters, vacuum ejectors, vacuum regulators, and vacuum pads.

Air suction filters prevent problems related to vacuum circuits, and vacuum filters prevent problems with vacuum equipment. In-line air filters can be used in both positive pressure and vacuum pressure.

Vacuum ejectors are a type of vacuum pump which produces vacuum using the Venturi Effect. These are compact, light in weight, and can be mounted in multiple ways. The maximum suction flow is from 5 to 90 L/min, Nozzle diameter is from 0.5 to 2.0 mm, and Air Consumption is from 13 to 201 L/min.

Vacuum Regulators allow for the adjustment of vacuum line pressure. The pneumatic gauge and the digital pressure switch can be attached and detached. The mounting angle of the pressure gauge and digital pressure switch can be changed easily.

Vacuum cups, or suction cups, are often used as grippers in manual or automated handling applications. They can secure and help move a wide range of products—everything from bottles and bags to bricks and wooden boards, and sheet metal, pipes, and glass windows. In essence, they’re the interface between a vacuum system and the workpiece.
It comes in various sizes from 2 mm to 125 mm in diameter. It also comes in various shapes like flat type, bellows-type, and oval type.
