Ball Valves

There are five general body styles of ball valves: single body, three-piece body, split body, top entry, and welded. The difference is based on how the pieces of the valve—especially the casing that contains the ball itself—are manufactured and assembled. The valve operation is the same in each case.

Features of SS Ball Valves:

1. 2-way on-off & 3-way on-off Switching models.
2. Heavy directional black fenolic handle or lever handle.
3. Blow-out proof bottom loaded stem. Low operating torque and panel mounting facilities.
4. Series of end connections 1/4″ to 1″ NPT, BSP. Male or female threaded ends and 1/4″, 3/8″, and 1/2″ single or twin ferrule tube fitting ends.
5. Floating Ball design for positive sealing.
6. Maximum Working Pressure: 6000 PSI (400 bar) at 20°C to 250°C with TFE Seat.
7. High-Pressure Ball Valve with 10,000 PSI (700 Bar) stands available with a polyamine or KEF-F seats, for high-pressure diversion. Very robust and easy to maintain.
